3. Game Rules & Fair Play

DiuWin offers color prediction games based on probability and skill. Any form of cheating, hacking, or use of unfair means will result in immediate account suspension and loss of winnings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: ₹100
  • Minimum withdrawal: ₹200
  • Payments are accepted via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, and other trusted Indian wallets
  • Withdrawals are usually processed within 10–30 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases

5. Refund Policy

All in-app transactions are final. Refunds are not provided unless there is a verified technical issue caused by DiuWin. Users are advised to deposit and play responsibly.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are not allowed:

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using bots or automation tools
  • Sharing or selling accounts
  • Misusing bonuses or referral programs

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account ban and legal consequences.

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on DiuWin are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Service

DiuWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time if found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or if suspicious activity is detected.

DiuWin operates in accordance with Indian laws. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in such games is legally permitted in your state or region.
